Later this year I will be teaching at, a holistic therapy and stress relief retreat to bring like minded people together with an aim to end the stigma connected to mental health issues, particularly amongst veterans of the armed forces and those working in the blue light public services.


The 8 Limbs of Yoga

Postures (asana) and breath work (pranayama) are concepts/elements within yoga that many of us are familiar with.   This workshop will explore the other six concepts in greater detail including how we can incorporate them into our everyday lives, and a closer look at the fantastic benefits each can bring.  The workshop will include a short practice and close with a guided meditation.
